About the role
Harvard Developments is a full-service real estate development company based in Western Canada, recognized for its reputation, leadership, flexibility, quality, and performance. We are looking to hire a 15-month term Receptionist/Administrative support to assist the Head Office location in Regina.
Responsibilities for this position include reception & switchboard duties, office support in the areas of couriers & mail, database maintenance, ordering office supplies, accounts payable entry, and providing assistance to the various departments located within Head Office.
Preference will be given to an individual who possesses:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding customer service attitude
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to problem solve and multi-task
- Discretion and professionalism
- The ability to work with minimal supervision
- Initiative and interest to learn
