We provide top-tier service to Residential, Commercial, and National customers. What We’re Looking For:
- Very Physically Capable: Able to work full time hours (8+ hour day) involving lifting and moving 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to confidently pitch and close deals. Ability to communicate effectively with teammates, operations, and customers.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Passionate about delivering an exceptional experience.
- Energetic & Motivated: A high-energy team player who enjoys interacting with people.
- Competitive & Goal-Oriented: Thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
- Valid Driver’s License: With minimal moving violations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Consultations: Educate customers on our services and present tailored solutions.
- Engage with customers, provide estimates, and confidently close sales before completing the job. Sales training provided daily
- Operate 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Trucks: Drive safely to appointments and provide exceptional service.
- Use Our Tracking App: Log sales, estimates, and job details efficiently.
- Unload Items: Transport items to donation centers, transfer stations, and landfills.

About 1-800-GOT-JUNK?
1-800-GOT-JUNK? is a franchise-based, full-service junk removal company dedicated to helping people reclaim the space in their homes and businesses. A pioneer of professional junk removal, 1-800-GOT-JUNK? has set the standard for exceptional customer service. Friendly, uniformed drivers call customers in advance, arrive on schedule, haul junk away from where it’s located, and provide a full clean-up. Items we remove include things that garbage collectors typically do not take, including: household furniture and electronics, clothing, renovation debris, and assorted junk. Commercial customers include property managers, retailers, realtors, government offices, disaster relief, and construction and renovation workers, to name a few. Environmental sustainability is important to us. Wherever possible items are recycled or donated to charity, with current landfill diversion rates at 61.3 percent.
