We are looking for someone who loves collaborating behind the scenes, streamlining systems, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

Schedule:
- 36–40 hours per week
- Monday through Saturday
- Flexibility required based on clinic needs
What We Are Looking For:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a dental or administrative role
- Experience with dental practice management software (e.g., Tracker) is an asset
- Excellent communication skills with patients and team members
- Strong customer service mindset and a passion for patient care
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to change
