We are seeking a dedicated Crew Member to join our team **who lives in Guelph,ON**. As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency within our restaurant.

Duties

• Assist with food preparation and handling in the kitchen
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests
• Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer experience
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver high-quality service

Experience

• Prior experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred
• Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
• Knowledge of POS systems is a plus
• Ability to handle food safely and follow food safety protocols
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
