Job Description Your Team The Client Relations department is committed to providing a “customer first” culture at all levels. We are also committed to delivering the highest level of quality service to our Canadian client base while maintaining costs at a reasonable level. Our focus is putting the Interest of our client’s first and building stronger relationships, which will foster customer loyalty. Your Role Working within a fast-paced environment, the Client Relationship Representative will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to both our internal / external customer base. The candidate must be able to build strong relationships and maximize customer loyalty by providing “best in class” customer service. With the use of various applications, the candidate will be responsible for analyzing, researching and taking the initiative for resolving issues and problems in a proactive manner.

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Receiving all inbound calls and representing Invesco in a professional manner across all media types
  • Establishing and building rapport with customers by engaging in conversations that educate them on Invesco products and services.
  • Develop and offer business building ideas to enable our client base to become more efficient in the way they do business with Invesco
  • Work closely with other departments and representatives to build and maintain existing business and relationships
  • All administrative client service issues (i.e., rejected trades, problem resolution)
  • Ensure all information requested by clients is forwarded on a timely basis
  • Highly diligent in understanding customer requirements
  • Meeting or exceeding departmental quality standards and job-related performance targets
  • Demonstrating strong multi-tasking skills while still being accessible to our client base by performing the day-to-day operations

The Experience You Bring:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional client experience
  • Strong desire to learn and grow in the investment management industry
  • Thrive in a workplace culture that promotes diversity and teamwork
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills to solve client problems
  • Post-secondary education, strongly preferred

Workplace Model At Invesco, our workplace model supports our culture and meets the needs of our clients while providing flexibility our employees value. As a full-time employee, compliance with the workplace policy means working with your direct manager to create a schedule where you will work in your designated office at least three days a week, with two days working outside an Invesco office.
