About the role
Your New Company
You will be working with an established Realtor group in Saskatchewan who specialise in farmland. Due to the volume of transactions, they are looking to hire a Real Estate Administrator. You must be located within Canada and be able to work Saskatchewan hours.
Your New Role
You will report into the Owner and work with the realtor team and sales staff. You will be supporting with listings, transactions, marketing, amendments, tracking leads, research, costings and communicating with clients. You will be the glue that holds everything together, supporting on every transaction.
What You'll Need to Succeed
My client is looking for someone who ideally has 2+ years of experience in an administration position with a brokerage or with another Realtor. Strong communication skills both written and verbal are essential as you will have regular communications with clients.
What You Will Get in Return
You will receive a base salary of up to $80,000, bonus, 3 weeks vacation and a host of other perks. This role is fully remote and does require you to have your own laptop/computer and equipment to work off. This role also doesn’t provide benefits which is why the base salary is higher to compensate.
