What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing weekly payroll for our team
  • Processing accounts payable and receivable
  • Tracking expenses and reconciling transactions
  • Working in QuickBooks Online for day-to-day accounting
  • Assisting with invoicing, job costing, and financial record-keeping
  • Supporting the office team with various administrative duties

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with QuickBooks Online required
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
  • Bonus if you’ve worked in construction, HVAC, or trades admin before
