As a Receptionist & Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless experience. You’ll lead the reception desk; fulfilling administrative tasks, customer engagement projects and sales support.

What You’ll Do:
Front Desk & Administrative Support
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
- Manage calls, direct inquiries, and maintain an organized reception area.
- Handle office tasks, including point of sale, data entry and supply inventory.
- Ensure and maintain accurate lead, unit sales and pricing information in DMS and CRM.
- Compile and analyze reports on customer interactions and sales performance.
Customer Engagement & Communication
- Engage with customers via phone and email to promote products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Provide information about our products and services.
- Address customer concerns effectively and facilitate communication between departments.
What We’re Looking For:
- Customer service and reception experience (IDS/ASTRA G2 knowledge is a plus!).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Friendly and outgoing.
- Proficiency in Computer usage- ability to troubleshoot basic IT.
- Organized, proactive, and team-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
