Job Description:
- Read of schematics and instructions to assemble Wastewater Treatment System products to high standards of quality
- Prevent and minimize defect rates through use of standardized operating procedures and continuous improvement activities.
- Physical requirements include the ability to perform light to medium tasks such as lifting (Up to<15kg, Average =5kg), pushing, pulling on a frequent basis, frequent upper extremities use.
- You have a proven strong work ethic with exceptional employment references, with a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
- On the job training
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Physically able to lift products up to 75 lbs.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work at a fast pace with minimal supervision.
- Experience with Hand Tools . etc. (drills, nail guns, circular saw, table saw)
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Steel-toed safety boots required - (other PPE provided)
- One year of related experience in a shop is considered an asset.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: $17.60-$19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
