This is a critical hire for our Operational Excellence team. You’ll play a pivotal role in integrating and modernizing controls systems across our plants and customer sites, contributing directly to system reliability, performance optimization, and emissions reduction. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Integrate and commission new infrastructure into live energy systems
  • Calibrate, verify, and troubleshoot network-wide instrumentation and customer metering systems
  • Support plant operations and ensure controls system reliability across multiple Enwave sites
  • Standardize control system interfaces and migrate legacy platforms into digitalized systems
  • Develop KPIs from control system data for operational reporting
  • Maintain and negotiate service agreements with key automation vendors (e.g., Siemens, Johnson Controls)
  • Support annual relay maintenance, firmware upgrades, and systems troubleshooting

What You Bring:

  • 4–6 years of experience in instrumentation and controls within utility, energy, or process environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Control Systems, Electrical, or Process Engineering—or equivalent technician experience with HVAC controls expertise
  • Hands-on familiarity with Siemens, Johnson Controls, Delta V, Gray Matters iFix, and similar systems
  • Experience with distributed control systems, SCADA, and P&ID control logic
  • Working knowledge of BACNET, Modbus, Profinet, and Profibus networks
  • Strong communication, troubleshooting, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and prioritize work in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment

Location: Toronto, ON | Full-time | In-office with site travel as needed
