Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Entry & Invoicing Administrator to support our Production and Accounting teams. This full-time role is essential in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of work orders, invoices, and shipping documentation. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities

Generate and maintain Sales Orders being submitted from various sales offices with the ability to troubleshoot and collaborate with multiple parties simultaneously.

Generate and manage Internal and Inter-company Sales Orders for multiple companies

Manage customer files, including preparing and issuing customer invoices, historical data and customizing formats as required by the customers.

Execution of shipping documents in a timely manner to support the operations department.

Distribution and filing of internal memos as directed by executive staff, including digital and hard copy handling.

Manage lease invoicing monthly, including logging and distribution.

Work together and adapt to the needs of others within multiple departments including Sales, Shipping, and Executive teams.

Proficiency in data entry and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles will be essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
-Minimum 2 years of experience in sales order entry or a similar administrative role.
-High school diploma or equivalent required.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience with Syspro and or Infor is an asset.
-Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.

Reliable transportation to and from the Aldersyde office.

Confidence in working with numbers and a basic understanding of accounting principles.
