Exciting Career Opportunity at RFNOW – Pricing Program Manager or Consultant
Location: Based out of Virden, MB/Hybrid

We are seeking a driven Pricing Program Manager or Consultant to lead strategic pricing initiatives that will directly impact RFNOW’s revenue
growth and average revenue per user (ARPU). This individual will drive cross-sell and upsell campaigns, develop promotional pricing strategies,
and align with internal stakeholders to optimize pricing performance across internet, TV, and phone service offerings.
Key Responsibilities: * Conduct pricing analysis for TV standalone and bundled offerings to drive market penetration. * Perform competitive pricing analysis and maintain a competitive pricing structure across services. * Lead and execute cross-sell and upsell campaigns to deepen customer product adoption. * Develop ARPU forecasts and monitor promotional lifecycle through a structured pricing calendar. * Segment the customer base to identify renewal opportunities and minimize churn. * Collaborate with the Pricing Council and internal stakeholders to align and execute on pricing strategies. * Deliver regular updates to the Executive team and facilitate open communication on key pricing initiatives. * Coordinate price changes across departments including billing, sales, marketing, and customer service. * Track and report on key pricing activities, results, and status. * Support closed-loop feedback systems to strengthen customer retention and satisfaction.
Key Performance Indicators: * TV attach rate * Router attach rate * ARPU growth
Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or College diploma in Business Administration or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in pricing, revenue optimization, or competitive analysis. * Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, including ROI modeling. * Telecom industry experience is an asset. * Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. * Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. * Resilience, grit, and a self-starter mentality are essential. * Experience working in a growth-oriented or private equity environment is an asset. * A growth mindset and comfort with change and innovation.
