Now, they’re searching for a high-energy Business Development Manager to join their growing team in Ottawa, ON .
Your Mission: Growth, Success & High Earnings!
This is a 100% field-based role , giving you the freedom to manage your schedule, hit exciting targets, and own your success. You’ll be the driving force behind new business development , strategic networking , and relationship building with SMBs across Ottawa —all with the support of a dedicated BSC partner to help you crush your goals!
What You’ll Do:
- Proactively generate leads and set appointments through outreach and referrals.
- Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers.
- Build & nurture relationships with key referral partners.
- Exceed sales targets with a high-energy, results-driven mindset.
- Manage your sales pipeline with precision.
What You Bring:
- REQUIRED: French-speaking is mandatory!
- 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience (field-based). No exceptions!
- A strong consultative selling approach & ability to drive value-based sales.
- Experience using CRM systems to maximize sales efficiency.
- A valid G driver’s license (you’ll be on the road, making deals happen!).
- A passion for solution selling, high earnings, and exceeding targets!
- Resilience, confidence, and a natural ability to connect with people .
