Groupe Marketing International is seeking dynamic individuals for the position of Technical Support Agent.

Responsibilities:

  • You are the point of contact for all questions and technical problems concerning the use of electric charging stations for electric vehicles.
  • Assist customers with payment at the charging station or on the App
  • Accompany customers in using the Electric Charging Station App.
  • Écouter attentivement les besoins et les préoccupations des clients ; faire preuve d'empathie en appliquant les procédures convenues.
  • Maintain a broad knowledge of the App and charging stations
  • Demonstrate empathy Clarify customer requirements; use decision support tools and resources to resolve non-standard customer issues requiring clarification or further thought.
  • Valider des demandes de subvention Gouvernementale lors des temps morts
  • Deliver an expert customer experience... with a smile

Requirements and Skills:

  • Diplôme d’études collégial complété ou DEP spécialisé;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position and/or customer service and/or Call center
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Comfortable with computer tools (particularly Microsoft Office);
  • Bilingualism (obligatory);
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills;
  • Professionalism, diplomacy, and courtesy.

Job Type:

Full time, Permanent, 37.5 hours/week

Compensation:

18,00$ per hour

Schedule:

  • From Sunday-Monday (7h00am-23h00)
  • Day shift Evening shift
