Groupe Marketing International is seeking dynamic individuals for the position of Technical Support Agent.
Responsibilities:
- You are the point of contact for all questions and technical problems concerning the use of electric charging stations for electric vehicles.
- Assist customers with payment at the charging station or on the App
- Accompany customers in using the Electric Charging Station App.
- Écouter attentivement les besoins et les préoccupations des clients ; faire preuve d'empathie en appliquant les procédures convenues.
- Maintain a broad knowledge of the App and charging stations
- Demonstrate empathy Clarify customer requirements; use decision support tools and resources to resolve non-standard customer issues requiring clarification or further thought.
- Valider des demandes de subvention Gouvernementale lors des temps morts
- Deliver an expert customer experience... with a smile
Requirements and Skills:
- Diplôme d’études collégial complété ou DEP spécialisé;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position and/or customer service and/or Call center
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Comfortable with computer tools (particularly Microsoft Office);
- Bilingualism (obligatory);
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills;
- Professionalism, diplomacy, and courtesy.
Job Type:
Full time, Permanent, 37.5 hours/week
Compensation:
18,00$ per hour
Schedule:
- From Sunday-Monday (7h00am-23h00)
- Day shift Evening shift
