The location in Montreal, (Quebec, Canada), is seeking talent to fill the position of Senior Analyst, IT Security. This job is full-time permanent.

As a Senior Analyst in our identity & Access Management team we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cybersecurity Analyst to take ownership of our CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) environment. This individual will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and enhancing our CyberArk solutions to ensure secure management of privileged credentials across our enterprise. This role plays a key part in our defense-in-depth strategy, enabling secure, compliant, and auditable access to critical systems.

Your challenges:

  • You will play a key role in our Enterprise PAM Integration/migration project.
  • Configure and deploy CyberArk components such as Vaults, PSM (Privileged Session Manager), CPM (Central Policy Manager), and PACLI (Password Upload Utility).
  • Serve as primary administrator & Subject Matter Expert for CyberArk.
  • Manage CyberArk user accounts, policies, and access controls.
  • Responsible for onboarding & offboarding of CyberArk user accounts.
  • Monitor CyberArk system health and performance.
  • Implement live session monitoring, recording, and replay.
  • Implement and maintain integrations with other security tools and systems.
  • Collaborate with other IT and Security teams to enhance overall security posture.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members and end-users on CyberArk-related matters.
  • Perform regular audits and assessments of the CyberArk environment for compliance and security best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and automation related to CyberArk.
  • Strong attention to details & Security-minded thinking.
  • Proactive, self-starter with a sense of ownership and continuous improvement.

Your skills:

  • Expertise in onboarding privileged accounts (Windows, Unix, databases, cloud accounts), managing platforms, and setting safe permissions.
  • Session Monitoring & Recording: Configuration and troubleshooting of PSM and Session Recording.
  • API Usage & Automation: Familiarity with REST APIs, PACLI, and automation through scripts or orchestration tool.
  • Deploy new connectors based on business needs.
  • Cloud-native account onboarding and lifecycle management.
  • SIEM Integration.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
  • CyberArk certifications are highly preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Information Security, focusing on Privileged Access Management (PAM).
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience administering and supporting CyberArk solutions in enterprise environments, including:
    • CyberArk PAS Suite (Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM)
    • CyberArk Privileged Cloud (P-Cloud) is a strong plus
  • Strong understanding of privileged access management principles and best practice.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience integrating CyberArk with other platforms (ie: SIEM, ITSM, etc).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
