Description:

Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager - BC, the Sales Coordinator provides centralized administrative support for the provincial Sales team.

Work Schedule:
This position follows a Monday to Friday schedule with a hybrid work model, requiring two days per week onsite at the Delta office.

Please note: This is a 6-month contract position, expected to last until approximately February/March 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to general sales and customer inquiries, or direct to appropriate party, as required
  • Organize sales meetings requirements for region
  • Coordinate and assist to execute special events
  • Coordinate with the POS fulfillment company to ensure proper order fulfillment and follow up to resolve related issues
  • Provide administrative support for the BC Sales team
  • Track and report Sales Representative spending
  • Processing invoices, expenses and company credit cards for Sales team
  • Compile and coordinate new employee orientation materials and provide assistance to orient employees to various internal resources, as required.
  • Source suppliers and POS items for special rep requests as required
  • Provide Sales fleet administration and tracking
  • Track and report taxable benefit for event tickets and prepaid credit cards and forward to payroll for processing
  • Process product registration with the BCLDB
  • Event ticket handling/tracking, coordination across sales team
  • Perform other related duties as required

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative support role
  • Post-secondary education in a related field
  • Experience working in a sales environment would be considered an asset
  • Exceptional client service skills
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization
  • Effective communication, both written and verbal; strong presentation skills
  • Computer skills with ability to use Microsoft Office
  • Beverage alcohol industry experience is an asset
  • Ability to demonstrate behaviors compatible with organizational values
  • Experience in event planning is regarded as an asset, given the responsibility to support a significant event coordination project during the contract term.

Working Conditions

  • Regional and provincial travel may be required
