Descriptif mission

Responsible for coordinating with the planner the flow of work throughout the R&O Shop Ensure the availability of parts to meet flow requirements as well as customer expectations Entering batch reports into SAP system Optimizes work processes to improve efficiency Create, maintain, and publish weekly status reports as required. Liaise with other departments to ensure part availability Willing to carry AOG phone after hours on a rotational basis

University Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration or related field is preferred Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision Extensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including Access, PowerPoint, Excel and Word SAP experience an asset Familiar with Canadian Aviation Regulations pertaining to airworthiness requirements an asset Feeling hesitant because you don't meet all of the job requirements?
