Position: Road Agent - Autoplan

Are you a motivated, high-energy agent with excellent customer service skills? Do you have ICBC experience, and a Level 1 license? If so, we’d love to talk to you! We’re looking for an enthusiastic insurance agent to provide great customer service at our busy dealerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients at dealerships
• Offer optional coverage quotes
• Cross-sell other Autoplan and replacement insurance products
• Build and manage customer portfolios

What You Bring:

• At least 1 year of experience with Autoplan
• A valid BC driver’s license
• Strong understanding of ICBC's "Broker Connect" and "Policy Center"
• Willingness to obtain a Level 2 license
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and time management abilities
• A desire to work well within a team environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
