Position: Road Agent - Autoplan
Are you a motivated, high-energy agent with excellent customer service skills? Do you have ICBC experience, and a Level 1 license? If so, we’d love to talk to you! We’re looking for an enthusiastic insurance agent to provide great customer service at our busy dealerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients at dealerships
- Offer optional coverage quotes
- Cross-sell other Autoplan and replacement insurance products
- Build and manage customer portfolios
What We Offer:

What You Bring:
- At least 1 year of experience with Autoplan
- A valid BC driver’s license
- Strong understanding of ICBC's "Broker Connect" and "Policy Center"
- Willingness to obtain a Level 2 license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and time management abilities
- A desire to work well within a team environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
Additional pay:
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
