Join Woodfield Canada, a fast-growing manufacturer and installer of commercial vehicle equipment, as an Inside Sales Representative at our London, Ontario location.

About Us

Woodfield Canada is a family-run business serving fleets, municipalities, contractors, and leasing companies. We manufacture and install shelving, drawers, ladder racks, wall panels, warning lights and more. As our business continues to grow, we’re adding to our sales team to ensure exceptional customer experience and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

Sales & Customer Service

  • Prepare cost estimates and detailed quotes using our quoting software.
  • Collaborate with customers, sales reps & engineers to design vehicle upfit solutions.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with clients.
  • Convert quotes into confirmed orders and manage them through fulfillment.
  • Act as a liaison between our production teams and customers to manage timelines and expectations.
  • Attend trade shows or display our demo vehicles (infrequently).

Administrative & Support Duties

  • Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain an organized, clean workspace.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
  • Provide support to the Sales Manager and other team members as needed.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or related B2B role.
  • Strong communication skills (in-person, phone, and email).
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to interpret customer needs and creatively solve problems.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use.
  • Familiarity with fleet, automotive, or upfitting industries is a plus.
  • Valid G Driver’s License with clean abstract.

What We Offer

  • Base Salary: $55,000 – $70,000 per year
  • Commission: Competitive Percentage of Revenue
  • Additional Perks: Health Spending Account, Overtime Pay, and Annual Bonuses
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Location: On-site at our London, ON facility.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
