Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, attention to detail/accuracy and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and most importantly, administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, phone etiquette, and a commitment to working well in a team environment, supporting our Project Managers and Coordinators.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and manage incoming calls.
• Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks is an asset.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Quickbooks is preferred.
• Familiarity with general office procedures and clerical tasks.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
• A proactive attitude with attention to detail is essential.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant are a plus.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
