About the role:
As the Content Marketing Manager at OpsGuru, you will be crucial in shaping and implementing our B2B marketing strategies. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and drive sales growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a solid understanding of B2B marketing who can leverage market insights to create compelling marketing campaigns and initiatives.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including the SLT and sales, to ensure our marketing efforts align with overall business goals. You will focus on creating and executing data-driven marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our value proposition to target audiences. Additionally, you will manage the marketing budget, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to optimize our marketing efforts.
This is a hybrid role required to work from our Toronto office 2 days a week.
What you'll be doing:

Strategy Development: Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies aligned with the OpsGuru goals and objectives. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities and challenges.

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, content, and traditional marketing. Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.

Brand Management: Oversee brand consistency and integrity across all marketing materials and channels. Ensure the brand message is compelling, clear, and aligned with the company's values.

Content Creation: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to create engaging and relevant content for various platforms. Ensure content is aligned with marketing strategies and resonates with target audiences.

Design and Web Development Collaboration: Work closely with design to create visually appealing marketing materials. Basic knowledge of web development principles will be beneficial for optimizing website content and user experience.
Your skills & experience:

5+ years working experience in marketing-related positions, preferably in technology

2+ years of Cloud Technology Industry experience and knowledge

Excellent writing and editing skills, with strong attention to detail

Strong communication, logic, innovation, and collaboration skills

Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once

Knowledge of content marketing best practices

Experience with CMS and CRM (Hubspot) and other marketing tools

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field (preferred but not required)
