Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads across key verticals
- Support inbound and outbound sales campaigns by researching target companies, analyzing buyer personas, and preparing tailored messaging.
- Maintain and update CRM records with lead activity, engagement status, and sales pipeline progress.
- Conduct competitive research and market intelligence gathering to inform go-to-market strategy and positioning.
- Collaborate closely with Avaly.ai’s sales and marketing teams to refine outreach scripts, pitch decks, and email sequences.
- Help prepare reports on lead generation metrics, outreach performance, and prospect conversion trends.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive messages and explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Interest in emerging technologies, especially AI, cybersecurity, and trust in AI systems (e.g., LLMs, GPT-based tools).
- Familiarity with sales tools such as CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email outreach tools.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and ability to research target markets, customer segments, and industry trends.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude, eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Exposure to AI security, cybersecurity, or responsible AI concepts, especially related to trust, governance, or compliance.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and enterprise buying cycles, particularly in the tech or security sectors.
- Previous internship or hands-on experience in business development, sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
- Experience with sales data analysis or visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, Tableau).
- Comfort with technical product discussions, especially involving AI platforms, APIs, or security solutions.
