About the role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to support our team in carrying out key quality activities and ensuring our products meet customer and industry standards. This position is ideal for an experienced intermediate-level professional who enjoys working on technical processes, collaborating with others, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts as part of their day-to-day work.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and coordinate Material Review Board (MRB) activities by preparing documentation, tracking actions, and ensuring decisions are recorded and followed up.
  • Manage and document non-conformity reports (NCRs) and ensure follow-up with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Oversee Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities , ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission of reports such as Key Piece Characteristics (KPCs).
  • Support First Article Inspections (FAI) and the preparation and submission of quality concessions.
  • Contribute to internal and supplier audit s by helping to collect evidence and ensure records meet requirements.
  • Maintain and update quality records and documentation to ensure compliance with customer and industry standards.
  • Conduct quality improvement activities as part of day-to-day work.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in aerospace quality assurance
  • Proficient in applying AS9100 / ISO 9001 standards, managing PPAPs, and using customer portals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, team player, and effective communicator able to collaborate across teams and with suppliers.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, ERP systems (Power BI is an asset)
  • Bilingual (English / French)

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent technical discipline). A technical diploma with extensive relevant experience may also be considered.
