Now Hiring: Sales Manager – Flooring Liquidators Newmarket
About the Role:
Flooring Liquidators Newmarket is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. If you're passionate about home improvement and enjoy helping clients find the perfect flooring solutions, we want to hear from you!
What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay: $20/hour + commission on sales profit (commission begins after a 3-week training period)
- Work Schedule: 4–5 days per week
- Friday
- Saturday
- Sunday
- Monday
- Tuesday (Optional)
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with expert product recommendations
- Educate clients on flooring options and close sales confidently
- Handle customer inquiries in-store and over the phone
- Process orders, schedule installations, and follow up with clients
- Open and close the showroom independently
- Maintain accurate records and ensure showroom organization
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or administration
- Experience in home renovations or home improvement is a strong asset
- Positive, friendly, and solution-oriented approach
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- Ability to work independently and manage the store solo when required
- Professional, business-casual presentation
- Strong problem-solving, computer, and phone skills
- Proven track record in closing sales and achieving targets
Additional Details:
- Training Location: Training will take place for 1–2 weeks at our Yorkdale location:
100 Bridgeland Avenue, Toronto, ON

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
