About the Opportunity:
As the successful candidate you will have a Law Clerk or Legal Assistant Diploma or equivalent, and 3-5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role. Your primary responsibilities will include, being the first point of contact for clients, calendar management, digital and physical file maintenance, composing correspondence, drafting of Wills and Powers of Attorney, assisting with execution of Wills and Powers, invoicing and reporting, assisting with intake for estates, data entry in Estateably, and providing general administration support within the Will and Estate Practice Group. You will also provide general administrative support within the office as needed.
About You:
You are a team player who can contribute positively to a supportive environment but also excel and maintain focus while working independently. You have excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, the ability to prioritize, and multitask, all of which will assist you in working in this fast-paced environment. You are also not afraid to ask questions when you need guidance.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are an asset for dealing effectively with clients, lawyers and professionals in the interests of our clients.
