The right person for the role has experience in technical writing, business development, or sales within the architecture industry.
As the Proposal Coordinator, you will...
- Create and organize new project proposals, qualifications packages (RFQ/RFP), presentations and write-ups for engineering and construction services.
- Assist various internal teams in developing materials for proposals and managing CRM needs.
- Manage bidding and lead generation software including researching new opportunities and summarizing progress with measurable outcomes.
- Run market research projects, track industry data, and explore new opportunities.  
- Coordinate and track materials related to proposals, along with other administrative tasks as needed.
You have...
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.
- Experience in technical writing, business development, or sales within the architecture industry.
- An ability to adapt and think through strategies based on project requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong skills in Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop and InDesign, and AI tools.
- The ability to develop strong working relationships within and outside of an organization.
- The desire to take ownership of tasks, meet goals, and exceed expectations.
- Experience in digital, email, and social media marketing is preferred.
Additional details
💰️ $60,000 - $85,000, plus extended benefits and 3 weeks of paid vacation.
📍 Hybrid, (Must be able to work three days a week from the Fraser Valley, BC office.)
