Summary
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at Film & Event Solutions Inc. This role is vital in supporting our operations and enhancing customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative processes while contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support the team.
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain organized records of equipment rentals and client information.
- Assist with accounting tasks such as data entry such as invoices, receipts and similar
- Prepare and process documentation related to rentals and events.
- Support the front desk operations, including answering phone calls and greeting visitors.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Requirements
- 1 year proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Quickbooks and CRM systems
- Strong knowledge of Google Drive products such as calendar, spreadsheet formulas and calculations.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with office software and equipment is a must.
