Job Summary
Maid Brigade is urgently hiring! We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Team Supervisor to join our team. This is an opportunity to lead cleanings at our regular clients’ homes as well as move-out cleanings. The ideal candidate will have strong residential cleaning experience, excellent communication skills, and the flexibility to work varied daytime schedules.
Duties
- Perform high-quality residential cleaning tasks in clients’ homes, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms.
- Supervise and guide a team to ensure cleaning is completed to Maid Brigade’s standards.
- Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites.
- Move light to moderate furniture and household items to ensure thorough cleaning.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand and meet their specific cleaning preferences.
- Track cleaning supplies and report any equipment maintenance needs to management.
- Maintain safety protocols while using cleaning products and equipment.
Requirements
- Valid full driver’s license is mandatory (no learner’s licenses will be accepted).
- Experience working for a maid service or residential cleaning company is required.
- Please note: Experience in commercial office cleaning, hotel cleaning, or janitorial work will not be considered.
- Fluency in English to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as part of routine cleaning.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
- Availability at least three out of five weekdays (Monday–Friday) between 9 AM – 5 PM, with occasional shifts extending into evenings.
