In a sales manager role within a quota-based environment, you'll play a crucial role in leading your team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Your responsibilities will include setting sales quotas, devising effective sales strategies, motivating and training the sales team, closely monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This position demands strong leadership abilities, a solid background in sales, and a proven track record of driving successful outcomes in a competitive sales environment.
You must be social media savvy to create a posting, reels and media to attract the customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $4,000.00-$6,000.00 per month
