About the team

The marketing team crafts compelling narratives and promotional materials to highlight the advantages of out-of-home advertising. This includes developing presentations, sales decks, market profiles, media kits, and infographics. Furthermore, the team executes sponsorships at industry events and generates content for social media, newsletters, press releases, and the company website to enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating, formatting and updating marketing development materials: Out-of-Home presentations, sales pitch decks, market/audience profiles, media kits, infographics, and other marketing collateral
  • Serve as the primary touchpoint between the marketing and sales teams, providing time-sensitive marketing and research support to Astral’s sales team
  • Assist in the creation of content to promote the company, brand, and assets on social media, in newsletters, and on Astral’s website
  • Be an integral part of social media marketing on LinkedIn and Instagram, including content creation, scheduling, and performance analysis
  • Coordinate corporate special projects such as sponsorships, awards, or events.

Critical Qualifications

  • Post-Secondary degree/diploma with a focus on marketing, communications or media is preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year work experience in marketing, communications, social media, or media considered an asset
  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize by multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment to meet business requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with social media reporting tools
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
