Summary

We are seeking a Service Dispatcher to join our dynamic team at XBASE Technologies. In this role, you will be pivotal in coordinating technical support services and ensuring timely responses to client needs. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to provide exceptional service and maintain our reputation for quality.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule service requests from clients efficiently and effectively.
  • Communicate with technicians and clients to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Monitor and track the status of service requests using our ticketing system.
  • Assist with troubleshooting technical issues as needed, providing first-level support.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize service processes and improve client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a technical support or dispatch role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • Familiarity with HALO or similar ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
