Position: Respite Support Worker (Weekends Only)
Location: Greater Edmonton Area
Schedule: Flexible shifts – Friday (12:00 PM – 9:00 PM), Saturday & Sunday (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Shifts: Typically 3 hours long

What You'll Do:
- Assist children with daily activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration.
- Develop and implement personalized plans to support each child's growth and community involvement.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive environment, proactively addressing potential risks.
- Engage children in creative and structured activities that promote learning and fun.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Background in working with children, especially those with autism, ADHD, or other developmental delays.
- Skills: Patience, creativity, and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Certifications: First Aid and CPR Level C (current), Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) certification (preferred).
- Licenses: Valid Class 5 driver's license, reliable vehicle with $2 million third-party liability insurance.
- Clearances: Clean Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector and Child Intervention Check.
