Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the execution of a comprehensive technology strategy focused on SaaS-based platforms and FinTech/PropTech innovations.
- Lead the research, development, and deployment of secure, scalable technology systems, ensuring alignment with market trends and user needs.
- Guide the technical team in developing Blockchain-as-a-Service (BaaS) and other platform offerings that meet evolving customer demands.
- Foster a culture of innovation, engineering excellence, and continuous improvement throughout the technology organization.
- Navigate the complex regulatory landscape of the FinTech industry to ensure full compliance with applicable global laws, standards, and data privacy requirements.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to identify strategic growth opportunities and integrate emerging technologies into our service portfolio.
- Maintain strong relationships with technology partners, investors, and regulatory bodies to communicate our technology vision and drive alignment.
- Manage technical budgets, departmental P&L, and ensure optimal resource allocation to maximize impact and ROI.
- Translate business goals into product roadmaps and technical strategies that drive user adoption and market expansion.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

10+ years of hands-on software development experience, including full-stack architecture and DevOps.

5+ years in technical leadership roles, with experience managing engineering teams in fast-paced or startup environments.

Proven experience as a Technical Team Lead and Technical Manager, with a strong command of technical organizational systems and team processes.

Expertise in:

Front-end: React
-
Back-end: TypeScript
-
Database technologies (SQL and NoSQL)
-
DevOps & CI/CD pipelines
-
Payments systems and APIs
-
AWS and scalable cloud environments
-
5+ years of experience developing product strategies and roadmaps in close collaboration with product teams.

5+ years managing technical budgets and departmental P&L, with a track record of operational efficiency and growth.

Demonstrated success delivering SaaS products to market, with measurable impact in FinTech and/or PropTech domains.

Strong time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and lead cross-functional collaboration.

Deep knowledge of financial industry regulations, blockchain frameworks, and digital asset standards.

Passion for driving innovation and solving complex problems in highly regulated industries.

Exceptional communication skills, able to align technical, executive, and external stakeholders around shared goals.
