Job Overview and Duties
We are seeking a detail-oriented and well organized Billing Clerk to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding contracts, reviewing and recording daily drilling operations from rig summary reports, preparing detailed drilling and third-party invoices in a timely manner, assisting with the review process, submitting invoices to customer via email, mail and electronic submission software and other duties as assigned.
Skills
- High level of organization
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet KPI's individually and as a department.
- Drive to learn the 'why' and to continuously improve.
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Experience and comfort with a paperless environment including manipulating PDF files.
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics GP an asset.
