Job Title: Bilingual Credit Analyst (English and French)
Location: Peel Region, ON (REMOTE)
Length of Assignment: Temporary to Permanent
Salary: $23.00-$25.00/hour
Our client in Peel Region, ON is actively looking for a Bilingual Credit Analyst to join their team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 1500 customer accounts (small to medium sized businesses)
- B2B Collection calls, 30/day
- Reconciliations
- Email communication with customers
- Resolve any invoice discrepancies or disputes by liaising with both customers and sales
- Make recommendations on holding/releasing of customer orders
- Set up new customer accounts and assist with setting credit limits
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 3 + years of credit and collections experience
- Intermediate level excel skills
- Large ERP system experience an asset
- Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment
