SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST
Full-time (1.0 FTE) Term position
Inclusive Education Dept.
Effective September 2, 2025 until June 30, 2026
*The annual salary for a full-time teaching position ranges from $59,*711 to $109,520, with placement on the range based on length of service and qualifications in accordance with the collective agreement. The salary will be prorated based on FTE.
Duties include prevention, identification, assessment, direct intervention for students (both high and low incidence), consultation and collaboration with other educators regarding students' needs in the classroom and other school environments, in-service training, information sharing with families and other service providers and public education.
Required Qualifications and Experience
The successful candidate for this position will demonstrate the following:
- Evidence of appropriate qualifications and experience related to the duties outlined above.
- Extensive knowledge and experience working with students with low incidence exceptionalities is required.
- Experience working collaboratively in team settings
- Candidates must meet the standards of membership set by the College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of BC (CSHHPBC).
