Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, providing exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the safe handling of all beverages and ingredients.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages to management.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and promotions to enhance guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bartending or restaurant role is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and cash handling procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A friendly demeanor with a passion for hospitality and helping others.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
