If comfortable with change and eager to contribute to a team focused on continuous improvement, we encourage you to apply!

This position is a hybrid opportunity based in Saskatoon, SK. The successful candidate will work primarily from home, coming into the office one day a week. Certain months will require a full week of in-office support for special training events.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide administrative support for the Education Assistance program. This will include processing course approvals and reimbursement claims, issuing return of service agreements, and responding to requests.
  • Support Early Careers programs by processing reimbursements and managing documents.
  • Support Leadership Development programs by managing certificate requests, tracking participants, and monitoring expenses.
  • Coordinate logistics for training activities by shipping materials, ordering catering, and processing billing.
  • Facilitate internal and external communication with workshop participants, program applicants, external facilitators, etc.
  • Provide general support to the Learning & Development team through scheduling, LMS management, account reconciliation, and document management.

Who you’ll work with:

You will report to the Leadership Development Specialist on a team that values respect, collaboration, innovation, and takes pride in customer service. You will work closely with peers within our People & Culture team to support local Co-ops across western Canada and stakeholders across FCL.

Why it matters:

We help local Co-ops grow and thrive by offering a range of professional services, including marketing, market research, information technology, human resources, accounting, risk management and business development.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Administration and:

  • Have 1-3 years experience in administration.
  • Have certificate or diploma in Office Administration or Office Management (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
  • Have experience managing requests within case management tools (considered an asset)
  • Possess a working knowledge of human resources business processes (considered an asset).

What we offer:

  • Competitive salaries, short-term incentives, a comprehensive benefits package, and an employer-contributed pension plan.
  • Encouragement to take advantage of learning opportunities to grow and develop as a Team Member.
  • As a co-operative, we do business differently. We believe in working together to serve Western Canadians, delivering profits back to our communities and investing in sustainable growth. To learn more about who we are and what we offer, visit www.fcl.crs.

If this opportunity speaks to you, we invite you to apply by June 27, 2025.

We thank all candidates for their interest, however only those selected to continue in the recruitment process will be contacted.

As this position is considered a position of trust, you may be required to complete a criminal record check in accordance with FCL policies.

FCL embraces diversity and inclusion. We’re working to create a workforce that is as diverse as the communities we serve and an environment where every team member brings their whole self to work.
