Bilingual Client Onboarding Specialist: On behalf of our Accounting client, Procom is searching for a Bilingual Client Onboarding Specialist for a 12 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Bilingual Client Onboarding Specialist - Job Description: The Bilingual Client Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for managing the migration of accountant clients onto Online Accounting product. This role requires troubleshooting complex issues that impact customer experience and resolving escalated technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction. The Specialist will also participate in experiments and projects to gain insights into customer behavior and improve the end-to-end customer experience.
Bilingual Client Onboarding Specialist - Responsibilities:
- Manage the seamless onboarding of new and existing Partner Accountant clients
- Provide consultative support to the Sales Team and Partner Accountants
- Validate Salesforce account orders and Business Development Manager submissions
- Liaise between internal sales team and external customers
- Create and execute onboarding plans, communicating with relevant stakeholders
- Manage complex migrations and communicate progress internally and externally
- Set up after-sales appointments for the Sales Team if required
- Introduce clients to the Care Team for future support
- Report on compliance and adherence to processes
- Identify sales or growth opportunities and communicate to the Leadership team
- Develop proficiency with client’s products and solutions to address customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results
- Prioritize workload and suggest process improvements for after-sales support
- Utilize software tools and problem-solving strategies for customer issues
Bilingual Client Onboarding Specialist - Mandatory Skills:
- Degree in Accounting
- Bilingual French/English
- Experience with Online Accounting products
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Demonstrated technical aptitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual Client Onboarding Specialist – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in customer-facing roles
- Project management skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce
- Experience in a hybrid work environment
- Familiarity with Intuit’s products and solutions
