Position Summary:
Position: Site Administrator
Type: Full Time
Location: CNRL
Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off
Compensation Details:

Vacation pay at 6% - paid out bi-weekly upon start date

Role Summary:
The Site Administrator performs all general and specific administrative functions required by site. This position also assists site or project managers as required.
Primary Responsibilities:
-
Performing day-to-day administrative tasks, such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork
-
Preparing invoices, purchase orders, etc.
-
Compile and enter employee time, production, and LEM data from Supervisors' daily sheets, reports, and other records
-
Compile and enter new employee and equipment information and costs
-
Coordinate shift schedules for team members
-
Coordinate travel and camp for team members
-
Coordination of on-site activities with head office
-
Assist Site Manager/Superintendent as required
-
Change Notices/ Change Orders and Requests for Information, reviewing and distributing documentation, preparation of correspondence and meeting minutes, maintenance of files, logs, drawing and specifications
-
Maintaining and tracking all contract correspondence, meeting minutes and managing office supplies and equipment
-
Performing payroll tasks and managing the project accounting database
-
Daily timesheet entry and preparation of reports
-
Assisting in maintaining up-to-date and accurate records in tracking
-
Procurement of Material/Subcontractors Services and billing to client for reimbursements
-
Duties are not limited to the job posting description, other duties may be required depending on the requirements of the contract
Education & Experience:
- Experience with on site administration
- Experience with and ability to easily navigate Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Familiarity with LEMS, Payroll, Billing and Invoicing tasks
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills required
- The following documents will be required:
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean 5 year Driver's Abstract
- Common Safety Orientation (CSO)
