Join our team as an Event Planner and Marketing Coordinator! We are looking for someone with skills in Event Planning and Marketing. In this position, you will have the opportunity to plan exciting and memorable events at a business level, so we require a creative and proactive person with attention to detail.
Job Description:

Plan, coordinate and execute business events.

Establish and maintain relationships with sponsors and external suppliers.

Plan, design and produce events within time limits.

Work with clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

Knowledge of marketing and public relations to promote and publicize events.

Coordinate and supervise the work team (external suppliers) according to the needs of the event.
-
Evaluate and control the quality of the services contracted for the event.

Manage the resources necessary to cover the needs of the event.

Research the market, identifying event opportunities and generating interest

Work under pressure

Be available to travel to the USA and other countries

Responsibilities:
- Plan the event minute by minute with excel and tracking events expenses
- Market research, collect information and negotiate contracts before closing any deal.
- Provide regular feedback and reports to the people involved.
- Identify opportunities for improvement for the development of future events.
- Keep agenda and organize the facilities and manage all event details: decoration, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, guest list, special guests, equipment, promotional material, etc.
- Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health and safety obligations.
- Specify staff requirements and coordinate their activities.
- Proactively handle any issues that arise and resolve any emerging problems on the day of the event.
- Conduct pre- and post-event evaluations and report on the results.
Requirements:

Graduate in careers such as AEC Event Gestion, Marketing or similar areas.

Experience in event planning and coordination.

Ability to work in a team and under pressure.

Marketing knowledge

Ability to relate to different types of people and handle unexpected situations.

Management of social media platforms.

High level of creativity and organization.
