As the company continues to scale, Acadium is seeking a driven Sales Representative, based in Canada, to help more businesses discover the value of their marketing apprenticeship platform.
Role Overview
This is a great opportunity for a results-oriented sales professional who thrives on building relationships, converting leads, and hitting revenue targets. The Sales Representative will primarily handle inbound leads, conducting discovery calls and demos, and guiding prospects through a consultative sales process to close them on Acadium’s subscription offering.
There will also be opportunities for outbound prospecting when needed, with a focus on coaches, consultants, and small business owners who are seeking affordable marketing support. This is a fully remote role with clear performance metrics and lots of room for growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct discovery calls and platform demos with inbound leads
• Guide prospects through a proven sales process from initial interest to subscription
• Prospect and qualify outbound leads via LinkedIn, email, and other channels when needed
• Customize conversations to align Acadium’s solution with each business’s unique marketing goals
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs (e.g., calls booked, demos held, subscriptions closed)
• Track sales activities and outcomes using Pipedrive CRM
• Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to optimize conversion rates and overall customer experience
You Might Be Perfect for This Role If...
• You have 2–5 years of B2B sales experience (experience in SaaS, marketing services, or startups is an asset)
• You are based in Canada and are familiar with the Canadian SMB landscape (preferred)
• You have strong communication skills — confident, clear, and consultative in approach
• You have a demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
• You are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
• You are organized, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about personal growth and development
• You are familiar with the marketing needs and challenges faced by small businesses
