Job Information: Be the central hub for photo and video assets for all of PATTISON Outdoor reporting to Vice President, Marketing.
What you’ll do…
- Coordinate with and assign freelance photographers and videographers from across the country to carry out photo shoots of PATTISON run campaigns/Out-of-Home products such as Billboards, Transit and Place Based Advertising
- Organize photo database and assist coworkers with finding photos
- Upload best photos to our internal systems
- Help on creative and social media projects, as required
- Hire freelance photographers across the country as needed
- Manage invoices from photographers
- Works closely with multiple departments such as sales, marketing, research and design
Who you are …
- 7+ years administrative experience is an asset
- Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to multi-task
- Able to manage high volumes of requests with varying deadlines
- Must enjoy file management and be extremely organized
- A general understanding digital file formats (Jpeg, png, etc) is an asset
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office products is an asset
