Job Description
As a Quantitative Researcher, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quantitative models to support trading strategies. You will work closely with traders and other stakeholders to ensure that models are aligned with business objectives.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quantitative models for trading strategies.
- Collaborate with traders to understand their needs and refine models accordingly.
- Analyze large datasets to extract insights and improve model performance.
- Monitor model performance and make adjustments as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science).
- Strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- PhD in a quantitative field.
- Experience in financial markets or trading.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools.
