About the role

Princess Management owns and operates a network of 13 apartment properties in the Greater Toronto Area. We are proud to offer 24-hour support on-site to ensure the best possible accommodations to our residents.

As a boutique firm, we know our employees by name and are proud that many have been with our company long-term. We are looking for motivated, energetic and client-focused people to join our team.

We are is looking for a Residential Property****Administrator.

Job Duties:

  • Advertise available suites and attend showings with prospective tenants
  • Develop expert knowledge regarding property rental values and the surrounding neighbourhood
  • Lease properties
  • Act as resident manager for tenants, fielding inquiries and addressing concerns
  • Assist with onsite accounting and receivables
  • Conduct regular building walkthroughs, suite inspections, and suite turnover walkthroughs
  • Check in on unit renovations

Successful Candidates Are:

  • Experienced with Yardi software
  • Able to travel independently between properties
  • Enthusiastic with a self-starting approach
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Experienced in real estate/property management industries
  • Effective communicators (oral and written)
  • Friendly team players with strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to use or quickly learn business-related technologies
