You as a Proposal Marketing Administrator - Co-op Student will:
- Assist with all aspects of proposal management, including the editing, formatting, and production of proposal packages.
- Proofread proposal content to ensure continuity, accuracy, and compliance with legal, technical, and marketing specifications. Copy-edit proposal content for format, grammar, style, punctuation, spelling, and consistency.
- Assist with maintaining information databases for project profiles, project statistics, and personnel resumes.
- Assist with the formatting and design of document layouts, organization charts, marketing package covers, and presentations customized for each submission.
- Assist with standard administration duties to support the team, as needed.
Is this the right role for you?
- Must be enrolled in a College or University co-op or internship program.
- Strong writing skills including copywriting, editing, grammar, style, spelling, punctuation, and "eagle eye" proofreading skills.
- Ability to efficiently deliver tasks on time with superior attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required. Experience with Adobe InDesign is an asset.
