The UPS Store in Vaughan is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service and Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and offering creative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with their shipping, printing, and other service needs.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
- Provide expert guidance on our wide range of printing and graphic design services, including helping customers with their design needs.
- Identify sales opportunities and actively promote our products and services to achieve sales targets.
- Support marketing initiatives by creating and implementing strategies to increase store visibility and customer engagement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide recommendations tailored to their needs.
- Assist in day-to-day operations, including inventory management and equipment maintenance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design, including knowledge of software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Background in marketing or experience developing and executing marketing strategies is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education in graphic design, marketing, or a related field is a plus).
