Responsibilities

- Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase restaurant profitability.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative menu items that align with current trends.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment.
Experience
- Proven experience in a management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong background in food service operations, including kitchen management and food preparation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Familiarity with bartending practices is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
