As a Staff Manager, you will play a central role in coordinating team operations, leading recruitment efforts, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple sites. - Oversee daily operations and performance of 50 employees across multiple sites.
- Manage scheduling, attendance, recruitment, and onboarding.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top talent.
- Conduct site visits to support employees and ensure client satisfaction.
- Act as the main contact for clients, ensuring operational follow-through.
- Develop and maintain industry connections to support growth.
- Ensure health and safety compliance across all locations.
- Stay adaptable to support evolving operational needs.
Exigences du poste
- 3 to 5 years of team management experience.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle to conduct on-site visits.
- An established professional network.
- Experience in recruitment and onboarding.
- Flexibility for travel, meetings, and varied schedules.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
