About the role

This position will report to the SAP Delivery Manager within Lockheed Martin Canada. This role will work closely with the IT team and provide operational support to the existing SAP solution in Canada.

The ideal candidate is someone with a baseline knowledge of SAP processes and solutions and an eagerness to learn. The candidate should have demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams through effective communication. They will need to have an ability to articulate ideas and information within the team.

What you bring to the role

  • 2+ years of experience with SAP Logistics and Supply chain modules
  • Execute business process testing and ensure documentation is properly maintained
  • Ability to work in a complex environment and adapt to a changing set of priorities
  • Document requirements and work with senior members of the team to translate the business requests into solutions
  • Assist end users with new or modified SAP functionality, ensuring they are comfortable and proficient in executing the business process
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to learn multiple modules within SAP

Additional skills desired for the role

  • Knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNOW
  • Experience with SAP solutions specifically logistics processes
  • Experience working on an SAP S/4 solution
  • Development or IT system administration background or interest would be beneficial
